Delivery Terms
Island wide delivery available. All orders will be dispatched within a day after your payment has been authorized and processed. We will not be delivering orders on Sundays and Mercantile holidays.
Kindly note we will not dispatch any products that may be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. For instance you may have purchased a product which was in stock and during dispatching if we find it to be faulty or damaged we will be refunding you the full purchase price.
Return/Refund Terms
IN THE EVENT OF ANY PRODUCT BEING UNAVAILABLE AFTER PURCHASE , MNTL MAGNET LAB WILL REFUND THE CUSTOMER THE FULL COST OF THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS.
Kindly note we will not dispatch any products that may be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery. For instance you may have purchased a product which was in stock and during dispatching if we find it to be faulty or damaged we will be refunding you the full purchase price.
Any item/product(s) purchased by a customer can only be returned within 7 days of such purchase. If any products are returned after a period of 7 days, such shall not be accepted and no refunds will be paid regarding same. However, some products/items cannot be returned and the sale shall be the final sale and any returns shall not be accepted. We will also not be able to accept the return if the item/product:
1. is used/worn or altered
2. exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
3. is returned without original packaging and accessories
4. contains a serial number which is tampered.
5. if it’s a discounted item.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
